When travelling around Scotland in a motorhome, you will need somewhere to park up a for the duration of the time you are there.
Most caravan sites work on a daily pitch basis that you book ahead.
Usually, this will simply be a plot of land for caravans and motorhomes to park up and stay for as long as they have paid for.
This means that amenities such as water and electricity are not provided, so it is important you should travel in a motorhome that has the features you need, or book somewhere that provides these services.
Five berth tents are not the tent accommodation of yesteryear.
They dispose of every conceivable luxury a tent can offer including separate sleeping compartments, living area with kitchenette, outdoor garden furniture with sun loungers and a full inventory.
